Sherwood Park held its service of Leave Taking from our location and home of 64 years at 7 Tudor Crescent on June 22nd, 2025. We are no longer have worship services at 7 Tudor, instead we have been invited to join the various congregations below.

NOTE: Mt.Zion Tabernacle has taken possession of the church building at 7 Tudor Crescent, and the congregation of Sherwood Park will no longer be holding worship services there.

Abundant Life Lutheran (ALL) in Bird’s Hill has invited SPLC folk to join them for worship. Their schedule is joint with Prince of Peace Lutheran (POP). Worship is also available to stream on Spirit of Life Ministry’s website.

Invitation from Prince of Peace Lutheran (the other half of Spirit of Life ministry)
To the Members of Sherwood Park Lutheran Church:

We are delighted to invite you join us for Sunday worship at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.  

We are located at 930 Winakwa Road, near Fermor and Lagimodiere, at the corner of Autumnwood and Winakwa in Windsor Park (only a 15-minute drive from your church on Tudor Crescent).  Our parking lot is beside the church, off Winakwa.  

Prince of Peace (POP) and Abundant Life (ALL) are members of a two-point parish named Spirit of Life Ministry.   In July and August, we share services. 

The members of Prince of Peace openly welcome any member of Sherwood Park to join us as we celebrate our faith, sing praises, and find community together.  All are invited for refreshments and snacks in the church hall after worship.   If you’d like to learn more about us or need directions, please visit our online website at https://www.spiritoflifeministry.ca/pop-home.
